I thank all of you for your professionalism and commitment to Meridian Systems. And, we will continue our commitment to grow and expand our core services to better meet our customers evolving needs.

As I look ahead to 2006, it’s become apparent that our customers and their industries are placing premium value on improving operating efficiencies internally, business visibility and organizational competitiveness externally. There is also a renewed focus on corporate improvements through technology. Many of these efforts include analysis of “total cost of impact” (TCI) resulting in the drive towards corporate operating standards to improve business process and adoption of best practices. With these key needs in mind, we look forward to meeting many new challenges and milestones in 2006.

Have a wonderful Holiday Season!

Sincerely,

Jim Olsen

In an attempt to provide an objective and comprehensive study that validates and supports statements that OCPM technology will positively contribute to the return on investment of AEC industry stakeholders, the Harvard research team examined the true value of implementing OCPM technology within construction organizations.
