Meridian Announces 2009 User Conference Dates for Annual Plan-Build-Operate Technology Summit
Project-based organizations from construction, government, healthcare, and energy industries to convene to share technology best practices
FOLSOM, Calif. (October 27, 2008) – Meridian Systems, the Plan-Build-Operate technology solutions leader for project-based organizations, announced today that its 2009 User Conference will be held May 4-6, 2009 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This annual customer event brings together project-based organizations from several infrastructure-intensive industries to share best practices, customer case studies and technology demonstrations for Meridian’s Plan-Build-Operate solutions. Meridian customers and partners interested in speaking at the 2009 event may now submit speaker abstracts.
Attendees will convene at the Meridian User Conference to exchange experiences and knowledge-share around two main product offerings: 1) Proliance® software, the leading infrastructure lifecycle management solution that manages all capital projects, programs and facilities in one system of record; and 2) Prolog® software, the industry standard for successful construction project delivery.
The 2009 User Conference will feature general session keynote speakers, followed by several deep-dive product and technology tracks. Additionally, attendees will be able to earn advanced product certifications, and learn more about third party partner solutions.

Speakers and Sponsors
Meridian customers and partners interested in participating as a user conference speaker should complete a speaker submission survey for consideration. Speakers will be requested to share a company case study, project profile, or project management best practice that leverages Meridian’s Plan-Build-Operate technology solutions. Selected customer speakers will receive a significantly reduced conference registration rate. To be eligible for consideration, speaker surveys must be submitted by January 30, 2009.
